Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Bulk/B2B orders we can organise these through our shipping partners and by agreement over email.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Some orders may qualify for free shipping as standard

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at john.griffiths@safehouse.technology so we can resolve the issue promptly.
